Orders
After placing an order, you may receive confirmation via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or phone call. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to incorrect details, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
Payment
We currently offer Cash on Delivery only. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.
Shipping
We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery charges are Rs. 200. Delivery time may vary based on city, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate contact details, address, and order information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
